<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are looking to expand our Machine Learning and Data Science capabilities. In your role as a Machine Learning Engineer, you will rapidly prototype, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that power important clinical and business workflows. You’ll have an opportunity to build ML Models for real-world healthcare data. Your models will be deployed immediately to critical operations centers with live customers. The richness and volume of our data offer limitless opportunities to apply Gen AI, LLMs (Large language Models), NLP (natural Language Processing), Computer Vision, Core ML (XGBoost, NN, DNN, etc.), statistics and A/B testing.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, data engineers, and product managers, to understand the business problem, digest and prepare the data, and explore suitable ML modeling solutions.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design and build cutting edge machine learning models for structured/unstructured, labeled/unlabeled and mixed-mode healthcare data.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Validate the models thoroughly in real-world scenarios before deploying to production using the latest MLOps best practices.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Play a key role in setting up ML workflows using Databricks and GitHub so the models are automatically retrained and remain fresh to score the latest data.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Set up smart monitors to ensure model performance and reliable predictions to drive operations and outcomes.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Automate and document models and data assets that can be used by other ML engineers and data scientists.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Explore and innovate on applications of machine learning with our data.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years’ experience with Python or Scala and machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, etc.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">1+ years experience with DNN (Deep Neural Networks), NLP, LLM (Large Language Models), Prompt Engineering, LangChain, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).</span></li>
</ul>
