You will lead a team of talented engineers, driving the technical vision and execution of complex projects. Your role is a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership, aimed at delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and management experience on a team size of more than 5-6.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></li>
