<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">5+ years of software development experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years experience developing mobile apps that have been successfully delivered to customers</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in designing, coding, and debugging mobile applications for various platforms, such as iOS or Android, using programming languages like Swift and Kotlin</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong attention to detail and knowledge of MVVM design patterns</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to work well in a team while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers on mobile development best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent written and verbal communications skills</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile tools. JIRA and Atlassian tools experience is a plus</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in modern deployments through a CI/CD pipeline</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of Core Foundation and UIKit, including View Controller lifecycle, notifications, and delegation along with Core Bluetooth and HealthKit experience is a plus</span></li>
