Our Product Led Growth team is searching for a Website Designer/Developer to help own all our digital properties across these six products, as well as our parent property at Backlight.co.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Working alongside a Web Strategist, the Website Designer/Developer will help:</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create new web pages and improving the existing websites</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Build landing pages for B2C and B2B campaigns</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Be a key stakeholder in our efforts to provide a holistic web experience on desktop and mobile for new and returning users, where we can showcase our brand and products to the world.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure analytics and tracking are properly installed to track the customer journey on our websites.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Source and evolve our use of creative imagery across our digital properties.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Plan and strategize improvements/ updates to the self-service funnel</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure messaging and imagery is relevant to our core brand and customer personas</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work alongside marketing, product, support and development teams for continuous improvement of Backlight’s digital properties.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Research and implement new web tools across all defined Backlight products</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Drive website performance for visitors:sign-up</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create new CRO experiments (ie. A/B tests) to improve the conversion rate of existing web properties</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to the organization</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Use data to improve marketing automation workflows that support the trial experience, retention, and increase conversion</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Partner with the Engineering team to establish best practices for lead generation and integration with Backlight’s Salesforce instance.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Evaluate potential for localization efforts</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS required</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A group-focused person who knows that success is a team effort</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization principles are a plus</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiarity with different CMS systems, such as Hubspot, WordPress, Webflow, Zesty are a plus</span></li>
