<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Operational Fraud Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Team to build and scale an effective global risk management program. We’re looking for an experienced risk management professional with Operational Risk expertise and experience covering payments and fraud. You will join OKX’s Enterprise Risk team and partner with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Fraud Strategy, Risk, Internal Audit, Product, Engineering and Payments. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management program, focusing on risk assessments, internal controls, incident/issue management, and process deep dives. You will report to the OKX Group Head of Operational Risk.</p>
<h2><strong class=" font-semibold">Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as client/customer services and operations, fraud risk strategy, and payment risk teams to proactively identify operational risks across the organization, and assess their likelihood and potential impacts.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead fraud process deep dives by reviewing procedures and other artifacts in order to document existing controls and identify control gaps.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and refine the fraud process, risk, and control inventories, including process diagrams, across various functional areas within the organization.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Partner with stakeholders to investigate, report, and manage fraud and other incidents in order to understand root cause and drive control enhancements.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Manage aspects of the Incident and Issue Management program including the design of Action Plans, to drive control enhancements and ensure risk exposures are being tracked, monitored and remediated.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop visually compelling and data-driven risk reporting that communicates complex information clearly and concisely to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop control testing strategies that help drive a proactive and continuous risk-control environment.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in the payments and digital asset space, proactively identifying and addressing new risk considerations.</span></li>

<h2><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications:</strong></h2>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Minimum 8+ years of experience in risk management, preference for those covering payments, fraud risk, and fraud operations within financial services or digital assets.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in project and stakeholder management, conducting risk-control assessments, managing incidents, issues, and driving remediation efforts.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of Operational Risk and its framework elements.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor reporting to different audiences.</span></li>
