<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a <strong class=" font-semibold">Business Analyst</strong> for our Delivery team! This role will be based for our Japan team out of our Tokyo or remotely in Japan!</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">What you’ll be responsible for in this role:</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Liaising between the customers and the internal tech team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Understanding and analyzing customer&#8217;s business needs.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Acting as an information source and communicator between multiple parties/teams, including but not limited to:</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Gathering business requirements from customers.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Providing business analysis based on the requirements for solution design.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Assisting Client PM in providing business impact analysis and milestone definition for projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Preparing documents for internal tech teams for interpreting business requirements.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Assisting internal tech teams for requirements details explanation during development and testing.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Supporting customer implementations, including issue capturing/preliminary analysis/reporting/cause analysis/business impact analysis/etc.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Coordination with different teams for trouble shooting.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Organizing and summarizing issue report analysis for internal team reference. Facilitating root cause analysis and assisting the internal team for permanent enhancement.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Assisting support team for operational issues.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Contributing to internal product enhancement.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Providing subject matter expertise to our clients and colleagues</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Traveling as required, typically Asia Pacific</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3 years of experience in: IT development industry.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">1 year of experience in Requirement Definition.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in customer-facing roles.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Analytical mindset.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong technical understanding, capability and willingness to learn and develop skills on a daily basis.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of ISO8583/Credit Card/Digital Wallets (Tokenization)/Japan domestic payment networks (CAFIS/Cardnet)/PCI DSS.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of AWS.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of data encryption and decryption.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience or knowledge of cloud-based distributed operating system designing or operation.</span></li>
