<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Productivity and Revenue Analysis:</strong> Contribute to the dialogue of productivity and revenue growth by developing models to analyze revenue versus cost at the employee level, informing decisions on hiring, project assignments, and salary revisions.</span></li>
