<p>You will be central to client engagements, working in partnership to conceptualise and design great studies that have a tangible impact on their brands or products in development.</p>
<p>What will I be doing?</p>
<p>Manage end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects with some supervision</p>
<p>Provide guidance, support and coaching to junior members of project team</p>
<p>Efficiently manage personal resources/workloads as well as those across the project teams</p>
<p>Support the development of client partnerships at the trusted advisor level</p>
<p>Contribute to design innovative, winning proposals &amp; pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs</p>

<p>The role &#8211; All Research Supporting Officers who will be able to successfully manage the delivery of studies, begin to support team members and in turn build your own expertise in new areas.</p>

<p>Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences</p>
</li>

<p>Passion and keen interest in the healthcare sector</p>
</li>
<li data-bangle-name="listItem" data-bangle-attrs='{"todoChecked":null}'>
<p>Experience with quantitative and/ or qualitative researchk</p>
</li>
<li data-bangle-name="listItem" data-bangle-attrs='{"todoChecked":null}'>
<p>Previous experience with pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines highly preferred but we welcome candidates with experience in other fields.</p>
</li>

<p>Interest in working with a wide range of clients and across diseases</p>
</li>

<p>Ability to design research approaches</p>

<p>A Graduate degree in a relevant field,</p>
