<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Trust Machines is seeking a skilled <strong class=" font-semibold">Engineering Manager</strong> to lead and scale engineering projects at Trust Machines. We’re searching for an experienced technical people leader with experience in growth-stage crypto startups, hands-on technical knowledge, and a passion for managing engineers in a fast-paced environment. The engineering manager will be crucial in overseeing engineering efforts across the team which can include blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and blockchain infrastructure.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Drive team performance—inspire, motivate, mentor, and guide team members towards achieving project and organizational goals</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Execution-oriented mindset, able to effectively resolve ambiguity, helping the team to analyze technical requirements and break down initiatives into tasks</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing delivery of high-quality integrations, new technologies, and processes into our existing systems</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">5+ years of experience in software development</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">2+ years management experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A deep understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and architecture. You won&#8217;t be required to code on your own, but you must understand technical challenges and be capable of suggesting solutions</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product teams to align technical projects with business objectives, understanding product lifecycle management</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Thrives in an environment of high agency and ownership</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong emotional intelligence, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong ability to make data-driven decisions, understand user behavior, and guide product strategy</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding best practices for user data protection</span></li>
