<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to scaling our microservices infrastructure securely and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and security, with a passion for driving operational excellence.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">This is mostly an infra role (~60%) with some extra responsibilities around API integrations, automation, and tooling.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure for our microservices architecture.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure management, including automation, monitoring, and cost optimization.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our systems and data.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop API integrations with external systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in a senior-level infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or security role.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Deep understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, but AWS and Azure is fine), tuning and scaling microservices infrastructure, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Expertise in automation tools (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPN, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, etc.).</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.</span></li>
