<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">ABOUT THE SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER ROLE:</strong></p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">WIN is looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer who is interested in building industry redefining capabilities to transform the real estate industry. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team building state-of-the-art applications and data capabilities.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and manage end-to-end execution of multiple development projects / priorities</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Define clear deliverables and roles / responsibilities required for specific projects or initiatives</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Take a hands-on approach to diving deep into architecture, design, and reviewing code</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Champion communication and alignment with stakeholders and technical teams</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Devise and implement plans for testing / QA, security, performance, and cost optimization.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire software stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure components</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Help recruit, train, and mentor exceptional colleagues, including conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design and build using best practices in engineering, security, and design</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications with 3+ years of relevant experience as a lead developer</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong technical architecture and coding experience (as a developer/leader) (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, REST APIs)</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in DevOps including CI/CD automation, monitoring / reporting, cost optimization, tagging and security</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of AWS resources (e.g. RDS, Lambda, EC2, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, etc)</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience working with SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with mobile apps with microservices architecture</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent leadership and communication skills</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ownership mentality with bias for action and collaboration</span></li>
