<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We’re looking for a design manager to lead the User Growth pillar at Figma, which includes the Acquisition, Activation, and Community areas.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We’re hoping to find someone who’s excited for both the strategic challenge of growth, but also isn’t afraid to get in the weeds and push the bar for quality. You’ll manage the teams responsible for growing and engaging our overall user base, but also our Community hub of resources (that contains files, templates, widgets, and plugins).</p>

The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
