<li>Engage proactively with Product and Design teams to ensure alignment between the software we&#8217;re building, our users’ needs, and the company’s vision</li>



<li>Create a conducive environment for learning and growth, aiding in the personal and professional development of your team members</li>



<li>Lead and participate in technical discussions and decisions, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and well-informed</li>

<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a managerial role</li>



<li>A robust track record of steering software engineering teams to deliver exceptional software punctually, reflecting both managerial excellence and technical prowess</li>



<li>Command over modern front-end technologies, with a particular focus on React, TypeScript, and NextJS to create responsive and engaging user interfaces</li>



<li>Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand, Jotai, Recoil, Redux, etc.</li>



<li>Familiarity with Monorepo structure and package management tools like Nx, Turborepo, Lerna</li>



<li>Comfortable working with modern build and integration tools such as Webpack, Vite, Jenkins, and ArgoCD</li>



<li>Knowledge of current trends, including the decision-making process for opting for Single Page Applications (SPA) vs Server-Side Rendering (SSR)</li>



<li>A strong sense for performance tuning, A/B testing, and analytics</li>
</ul>
