<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The Solution Consultant role will have the critical responsibility of helping to define the strategic and technical alignment between Memora’s offering and customer/prospect needs. The ideal candidate will be able to understand strategic business needs and then effectively communicate solution strategies. Additionally, this role will function collaboratively across the org, working closely with our sales representatives, product team, clinical SMEs and client delivery teams. Ideal candidates will not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare &#8211; looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Understand prospect strategic business needs and identify and communicate how Memora&#8217;s platform helps address these issues</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and deliver product demos based on a prospect’s challenges</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Partner with our sales representatives to move deals forward from qualification and discovery through negotiation and contract signature</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Serve as a liaison between sales and the product team to inform product roadmap and identify future focus areas for our solution</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Serve as technical product experts during sales process, scoping technical solution needs</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Support Memora’s Medical Director on scoping client clinical solution needs</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Support RFP and proposal writing with respect to technical questions and product capabilities</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Minimum of 2-4 years experience preferably in healthcare industry</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with healthcare software, data and EHRs</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral &amp; written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience contributing to proposals, scoping documents, business cases</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology application</span></li>

The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee&#8217;s role.</p>
