<h2>Summary</h2>
The Financial Accounting Squad is responsible for the development of the accounting platform. Our solution provides all the necessary support to the client, enabling the creation of configurable accounting scripts and adapting to BACEN’s regulatory demands. Here, we build an adaptable, robust, highly scalable, and resilient platform. To ensure these requirements, we work with the best practices and with a strong focus on quality.
<h2>What you’ll do</h2>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Hire, manage, and develop a team of engineers</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Track the team’s progress to improve performance, align goals and expectations, and enforce engineering best practices</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Knowledge of the product scope and understanding of the team’s deep-level goals</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Delegating work and assignments to team members</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Analyzing users’ needs and then finding applications to meet those needs</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Checking that software and applications are updated</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Supervising system modifications</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Conducting a risk analysis to identify areas of improvement</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges</li>

<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Experience with AWS</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Hands-on experience with Golang OR Java</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Hands-on experience with Relational DBs</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Microservices experience</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Previous experience leading a team and building processes</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Previous experience with CI/CD</li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Understand Quality and Security concepts</li>
