<p>We are currently looking for an experienced <strong>Senior User Acquisition Manager</strong> to join our team. You will be launching advertising campaigns using paid marketing channels like <strong>Facebook,</strong> Instagram, TikTok and others related to Health and Fitness audience</p>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate will be: </strong></p>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling</li>
<li>Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization</li>
<li>Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting</li>
<li>Researching and evaluating of new user acquisition channels</li>
<li>Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.</li>
<li>Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>In you first three months you will:</strong></p>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Be proficient on all metrics, processes and reports </li>
<li>Independently manage the project, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, and know how to scale and reduce volumes when necessary </li>
<li>Lead an additional area of responsibility, suggest ideas and improvements, know how to analyze competitors, and make data-driven decisions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your professional qualities:</strong></p>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing as Media Buyer/User Acquisition/PPC</li>
<li>Practical experience with a large budget in Facebook Ads/Google AdWords/Apple Search Ads and/or advertising networks</li>
<li>Proficiency in English – B2 or higher level</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional team</li>
<li>Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytic</li>
<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary</li>
</ul>
