<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. In this role, you will support decision-making by providing insights through financial analysis and complex data manipulation. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, effectively communicating financial information, and identifying key financial trends to enhance planning and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work under pressure while managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are essential.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Conduct budget-to-actual analysis on global revenue, cost performance, and other key financial metrics.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Investigate business areas indicating risk or opportunity based on your financial analysis.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure the use of high-quality data.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Perform periodic reconciliations and data manipulation to ensure accurate financial reporting.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Help build and maintain a finance dashboard for analyzing actuals and explaining trends or variances.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Previous experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting Analyst, or Business Analyst position.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience with Salesforce, Looker, or Netsuite is a bonus, but not needed.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in writing SQL is advantageous but not essential.</span></li>
