<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We&#8217;re looking for a Senior Data Scientist excited to help build the bank of the future. You&#8217;ll have the opportunity to super charge our user engagement in 2024 and help us to build a bank that customers truly love.</p>

All our data lives in one place and is super easy to use. 90% of day-to-day data-driven decisions are covered by self-serve analytics through Looker which gives data scientists the head space to focus on more impactful business questions and analyses.</p>
<h4><strong class=" font-semibold">What you’ll be working on</strong></h4>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You’ll work closely with product and engineering managers, designers and researchers in an agile product environment. You’ll champion the use of data, bring ideas to life through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing. You’ll help us get the most out of volumes of native data in our cloud platform, spotting opportunities to make our product work even better for our users. Through your product squad, you will drive product innovation and you’ll get to see the impact of all your work in the product changes we make.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Applying your expertise in analytics, data science, and the data storytelling to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products and communications and how those insights can inform our communication strategy</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Guide and enable our Product teams to measure things that matter; initiate or help run A/B experiments to keep improving everything we do</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Drive together with the finance team a unified company-wide understanding of the lifetime value of our users and how different communication approaches are impacting user activation, engagement and profitability</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Liaise with engineers to keep making sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">You have excellent presentation and communication skills and <em>get excited to turn data into stories accessible</em> for stakeholders.</span></li>
