<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We&#8217;re in search of a versatile and strategic leader to join our team to help bring our product to life across a multitude of engagement channels and mediums. You know what exceptional relationship-building is and can partner closely with Sales teams and external audiences to expertly translate ideas and business requirements into captivating content and events that drive impact.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The north star for this role is developing and activating a network of industry experts, partners, and customers to help Sales generate new revenue opportunities. This requires a highly capable individual and natural problem solver who is energized by a fast-paced opportunity to make a significant impact, help shape our strategy, and take a hands-on approach to making great community connections.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to activate brand awareness and build strong relationships within the homebuilding industry.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Identify and engage with key industry experts, influencers, and third-party companies to build strategic partnerships and unlock new revenue opportunities.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Drive and host field events (e.g. dinners, community meet ups, tours, Higharc-hosted executive summit, etc) with customers, vendors, and prospects to create new opportunities for engagement and promote our products and services</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and produce a wide range of partner marketing assets, including case studies, whitepapers, and content.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Act as the primary point of contact for select industry influencers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor and analyze the performance of engagement initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Performance: Track and report on key metrics, such as net new meetings, opportunities, partner revenue, and partner funnel, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Maintain and uphold the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity across all activities.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work with Demand Gen, Events, and external resources for event logistics &amp; operations.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work closely with Sales to generate and close partner-sourced deals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create and implement a scaled partner ecosystem.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Who You Are:</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Minimum 10+ years of experience in a partner marketing, direct sales, business development within the homebuilding industry or related fields or sectors.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and partner engagements and content strategies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Deep knowledge of home design, sales and marketing, or building sciences is ideal.</span></li>
