<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We&#8217;re seeking a talented and motivated full-time Product Engineer to join our growing team and focus on billing-related projects. You will work as part of the Billing engineering team to:</p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop the Tailscale product, contributing to client code and backend services</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop our billing integration with a third-party service, strengthening our end-to-end billing experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead projects related to pricing plans and billing</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from writing code to product ideation and strategic decision-making</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to shape features</span></li>

The ability to think on your feet, collaborate with highly technical teams, and be comfortable working asynchronously are essential.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Code reviews: Conduct and participate in the code review process</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Continuous improvement: Enhance product quality and maintainability</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with backend and client development</span></li>
