<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You are the central hub to connect, facilitate and deliver the Patient support programs to our customers</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You actively drive process improvements across multiple functions within the team</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Provide hands on program management during discovery, design, development, testing, production and post production activities</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Build and maintain timelines, project plans, risk register and communication to team members and executive leadership</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Reduce risk by diligently tracking dependencies and highlighting risks and impediments for resolution</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Partner with Engineering , QA and Product leads in facilitation of the development of strategic technical projects</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Schedule and lead regular scrum of scrums/ cross functional meetings and also determine the metrics upon which the program will be evaluated</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You are able to manage conflict professionally with a strong “can do” attitude and empathetic attitude</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Provide input on system architecture and drive alignment</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Requirements</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">BS/MS in Engineering in Computer Science or related discipline with hands on Program Management experience</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">At least 10 years leading planning, sprint management, project lifecycle and workflows in a dynamic regulated product or engineering organization</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with sufficient level of technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineers, quality engineers and identify technical risks</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Ability to work independently and communicate across multiple time zones</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Excellent organizational, emotional intelligence and experience tracking and managing activities across multiple teams</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Consistent track record of delivering complex technical projects and programs with multi-functional teams</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Proficient in Mobile App, web app and platform development process .</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Proficient in JIRA and provide reports and drive process improvements to provide insights using JIRA</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Way to stand out from the crowd</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Proficient in GCP cloud offering</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">JIRA administrator experience highly appreciated</p>
