Senior Product Marketing Manager II – Generative AI | Smartsheet | Remote (United States)

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Our product marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help customers tap into the power of AI and accomplish more by helping organizations adopt our AI powered tools.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You’ll develop messaging and programs to help customers understand our AI capabilities and how customers can use them to get more value from the Smartsheet platform. This involves showing customers the benefits of new capabilities and suggesting use cases they can solve with Smartsheet. You’ll also conduct research and use customer insights to help shape and influence our product roadmap and create compelling thought leadership and educational resources.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You will report to our Director, Product Marketing located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Become expert in product use cases and target personas</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Serve as the voice of the customer internally by engaging in product discussions and translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Contribute to building overall strategy for infusing generative AI across the platform</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Partner with customer success, support, product, product led growth, education and other teams to drive adoption and realize value</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Identify which features and high value customer actions are the most relevant and impactful indicators for sustained engagement and retention</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Have a data driven mindset. Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess the health of onboarding and identify new initiatives and product opportunities</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop content and enablement resources, including training materials, pitch decks and whitepapers</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Help support partnerships with AI vendors</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">8+ years of marketing or product marketing experience.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with messaging and value proposition development</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks, projects and deliverables in a high-growth environment.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience managing campaign execution including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong collaborative and cross functional skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders to drive results.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A user-centric mindset and a history of building trust and brand loyalty among users.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to work in the US on an ongoing basis</span></li>

Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
