<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Is knowledgable on compliance and regulatory requirements related to the cryptocurrency industry</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Has experience in either corporate, securities, or patent/trademark/copyright law</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Is interested in the developments in the financial markets and financial markets regulation globally</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Can communicate complex legal and regulatory topics across various stakeholders</span></li>
