You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.</p>

Research methodologies could include customer research/stakeholder interviews, focus groups, workshopping/training concept generation, co-collaborative workshops, data analysis, prototype development and testing</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze requirements</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead curriculum development using the ADDIE method, facilitate customer validation and testing, pilot plans, course evaluations, train-the-trainer content, and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback from clients and evaluations</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners</span></li>
