<p>Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Director of People &amp; Culture to join our team. As the Director of P&amp;C at Mosaic, your goal would be to own the day-to-day HR functions and help make Mosaic be known as a top place to work.</p>



<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Align with our executive team to build and execute on our HR strategy. Put into place annual initiatives to build our culture, grow our team, and be known as a destination employer in our industry</li>



<li>Oversee all day to day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and retention</li>



<li>Own internal communication planning for new initiatives and changes</li>



<li>Provide guidance, coaching, and support to leaders on compensation, development planning, guideline interpretation, and performance management</li>



<li>Lead annual development of compensation plans across the team</li>



<li>Grow and develop the People &amp; Culture team to help them level up at Mosaic</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>How you’ll be measured:</strong></p>

<li>Accountable for building a Mosaic team of 85% stars through hiring, skill development, and removing under performers</li>



<li>Ensures Mosaic employee retention rate of 80% team members</li>



<li>Accountable for recruiting process resulting in 80% Quality of Hire</li>



<li>Builds P&amp;C team of 80% stars in first year, through hiring, skill development, and removing under performers</li>



<li>Achieves Engagement score of 80%</li>

<p><strong>What makes you successful:</strong></p>



<p><strong>Need to haves:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field</li>



<li>8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years of HR leadership experience</li>



<li>Experience in a professional services environment</li>



<li>Experience in (and passion for) using data to solve business problems</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Nice to haves:</strong></p>

<li>Experience working in the HCM space</li>



<li>Experience working with UKG Pro</li>
</ul>
