<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a senior product designer at Imprint, you will create solutions that touch every part of a cardholder’s journey. You will need to be comfortable context-switching on all types of projects that make a compelling co-branded credit card experience. You will be successful in this role if you feel a large sense of end-to-end ownership over the experiences you design.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Your Day-to-Day</h3>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Design, test, launch, and validate your solutions</li>
<li>Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft</li>
<li>Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, crafting visions, and establishing frameworks</li>
<li>Ideate and design complete user flows that fit into a larger design system</li>
<li>Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions</li>
<li>Mentor and lead the other members of the product design team</li>
<li>Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and work cross-collaboratively across teams to come up with innovative solutions </li>
<li>Constantly evaluate if we are serving the cardholder and Imprint</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What We Look For</h3>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences</li>
<li>Outstanding product ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps</li>
<li>5+ years of experience designing consumer experiences (experience designing for multiple platforms is a huge plus)</li>
<li>A track record of building and optimizing design systems</li>
<li>Experience running research, both qualitative and quantitative</li>
<li>A hunger to use data and insights to make solid product decisions</li>
<li>Track record of impacting company-level objectives</li>
<li>Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback</li>
<li>Competence in relevant design and prototyping tools</li>
<li>Emphatic commitment to personal growth and development</li>
<li>A drive to tackle internal and external ambiguous problems </li>
<li>Previous experience leading and growing teams would be an advantage<br></li>
