The incumbent develops and enforces operating protocols and standards, ensuring an effective and scalable cancer support and navigation services. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership, directing, evaluating, and providing feedback to professional level employees who participate in the operations of the Jasper Health services. The incumbent may serve as manager for up to 5 direct reports.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Leads selection, implementation, management, maintenance and integration of revenue cycle management solutions, patient services including but not limited to pre-registration, registration, scheduling, co-insurance processing, provider onboarding, EHR support of documentation, coding, billing, and reporting, payer contracting, payer credentialing, patient account services, compliance and regulatory support.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provides planning, direction, leadership and advanced expertise in the operation of complex EMR and Telehealth services.</span></li>
