<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager at ZenGRC, you will play a critical role in our organization&#8217;s revenue growth by overseeing and optimizing the operations of our GTM tech stack. This role involves bridging gaps between marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient processes.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Initiate, review, and implement process improvements to streamline revenue operational efficiencies while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our go-to-market systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Administer tools, including user management, systems integrations, and ensuring data hygiene</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Own training for all tools and document processes</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and Marketo and implement enhancements as required</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to the GTM team</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, customer success, and finance</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Background in revenue operations, sales operations, and/or marketing operations with 3-5+ years of experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in Salesforce is a must, Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to help drive business decisions</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence showcasing the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
