This isn’t just any marketing role – it’s an opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a new and growing market. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, blending the strategic rigor of a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with the agility and innovation of a start-up.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Strategic Vision</strong>: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy tailored to the UK market, aligning with our global brand mission and values.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Market Insights:</strong> Conduct deep market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitive dynamics to inform our brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UK audience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Campaign Excellence:</strong> Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out of home, PR, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Brand Partnerships:</strong> Identify and establish partnerships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Retail Marketing:</strong> Collaborate with our retail team to bring our brand to life in store</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Agency Management:</strong> Build and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Budgeting:</strong> Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Performance Tracking:</strong> Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200"><strong class=" font-semibold">Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Lead and inspire cross-functional team members in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a significant portion spent in both CPG and start-up environments.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, and/or beauty industries preferred.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven success in launching and growing brands in new markets.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in new markets.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Deep understanding of the UK market and its unique consumer dynamics.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Fluency in English is a must. Fluence in an additional European language is a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.</span></li>
