<h4><strong class=" font-semibold">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Being able to see the big picture, but still, roll up your sleeves and dig into the problem to execute towards the client’s project goals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, passion for technology and being a part of the nationwide, mission-driven, organization. Cross-department collaboration and communication is essential for this position.</span></li>

<h4><strong class=" font-semibold">Qualifications:</strong></h4>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of AWS concepts, including Shift Left security, automated testing, and hands-on experience with tools such as AWS CodeBuild, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A clear understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologies</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in leading and guiding software engineering and DevSecOps teams</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projects</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for the team</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of project scope management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Solid understanding of the technical domain relevant to the project</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent presentation and communication skills are a MUST</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to manage multiple projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Scrum Alliance Certifications such as CSM is needed</span></li>
