<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">ABOUT THE SENIOR QA ENGINEER ROLE:</strong></p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">WIN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will guide and support the QA team while also contributing individually to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, leading test automation efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design, create, and execute test cases, covering various testing phases.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing guidance and support to the team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Proven experience as a QA Test Lead or similar role, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Experience with different types of testing i.e. Functional, Regression, Performance, API, Load testing etc..</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA processes.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or similar.</p>
