<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We seek a talented Technical Project Manager to join our technology team, specializing in crafting exceptional user experiences for a new digital health solution tailored to individuals with chronic conditions.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Project Planning and Management:</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple technical projects. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Agile Software Development:</p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Implement and manage Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Continuously improve Agile processes to increase team productivity and deliver high-quality software.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process enhancement.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering or related industry</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">5+ years of hands-on experience in program management in software development.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">2+ years of experience in working in regulated software or medical device industry</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Expertise in FDA design control requirements (21 CFR 820.30) as applied to medical device software and medical device regulations including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, Cybersecurity, IEC 62366, and IEC 62304</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiarity with Software as Medical Device product development life cycle</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Expertise with product / capabilities roadmaps</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience working with nearshore and/or offshore development partners</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Software development Scrum Master experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in a start-up preferred</span></li>
</ul>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">$135,000.00 &#8211; $175,000.00</p>
