<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">In our quest to make the home-buying process more accessible, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to our clients.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Please note:</strong> Sales experience specifically within the title or escrow sectors is required.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We have a documented equal pay policy and do not negotiate on offers. To maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level, and work location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The US-based salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 + commission + equity + benefits.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to promote our services.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to promote our services and generate leads.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Participate in the creation of promotional materials and sales collateral.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Reporting and Analysis</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.</span></li>

<h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2"><strong class=" font-semibold">Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></h3>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years of proven sales success in the title or escrow sectors.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Existing book of business and a proven track record of building client relationships.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of the real estate market and title insurance products.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Valid driver&#8217;s license and reliable transportation.</span></li>
