Reporting to the Head of Sales & Strategy, this individual will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Discord’s digital media sales efforts.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As a Senior Media and Sales Analyst, you will provide analytics and media planning support to the sales team throughout the entire client lifecycles. This can include providing audience insights that informs an account team’s pitch and sales strategy; conducting performance analysis to support account manager optimization recommendations during campaign flights, and developing benchmark insights that frame campaign outcomes for clients.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising and media planning along with your technical, data and analytics to provide the sales team with powerful insights that help them offer clients innovative campaign solutions, compelling proposals, and actionable wrap-reports. As a trusted partner to the sales teams, your contributions to the sales process (pre and post) will support Discord in differentiating itself and successfully capture media spend from high-profile brands and advertisers.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Leverage multiple data sources to develop insight regarding audience sizing, profiles, and behaviors and work with sales to team to weave those insights into high-impact proposals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor and analyze online ad campaigns including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators such as impressions, clicks, conversions.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Deploy statistical analysis, benchmarketing, A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and achieve campaign goals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collect and aggregate media performance data from multiple sources, including ad platforms and analytics tools.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to provide insights on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and media spend.</span></li>
