<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">BS, BA or equivalent (Degree in science/ health care-related field a plus) or 7 years of industry related experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Minimum of 8 years of total relevant experience, with experience in RTSM and eCOA preferred</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in client relations and interactions with clients at all levels</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires and other data collection instruments, and clinical data models</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specifications</span></li>
