This dedicated team is responsible for identifying, preventing, and combating fraudulent activities, ensuring a secure and seamless shopping experience for both buyers and sellers.</p>

<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fraud &amp; Risk Operations Specialist who shall play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our e-commerce marketplace by detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions. You will be responsible for investigating suspicious activities, implementing fraud prevention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and trustworthy online environment.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Facilitate the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies in line with the overall business strategic directions while ensuring Eneba’s stable growth.</li>



<li>Utilize advanced tools and techniques to analyze large data sets and identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activity.</li>



<li>Provide regular reports and updates on fraud trends, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.</li>



<li>Identify opportunities to optimize fraud management processes and reduce operational costs.</li>



<li>Collaborate with other teams such as finance, customer support, product development, marketing, etc. to address fraud-related challenges and opportunities.</li>



<li>Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li>



<li>Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Requirements</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>2+ years of experience in fraud detection and prevention roles, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.</li>



<li>Experience with products, like gift cards or e-money vouchers.</li>



<li>Good level of SQL with an ambition to improve.</li>



<li>Strong quantitative and analytical competency.</li>



<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way.</li>



<li>Strong knowledge of fraud detection and prevention methods and tools.</li>



<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in an uncertain, fast-paced environment where priorities might change.</li>
</ul>



<p>€23,000 – €40,000 a year</p>



<p>*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.</p>



<p>*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.</p>
