<p>About the Team</p>



<p>You will lead a distributed team across Europe and Asia, with shared time for collaborative activities such as planning, retros, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions. You will be leading more than 1 team that owns the core handwriting &amp; note-taking features of our flagship iOS application &#8211; Goodnotes 6 that serves 25M+ monthly active users.&nbsp;<strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>

<li>Impact &amp; Delivery &#8211; Make sure the teams deliver well in great quality with impactful outcome in product.</li>



<li>Technical leadership &#8211; contribute to roadmap &amp; strategy, make technical decision if needed.</li>



<li>People management &#8211; mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members</li>



<li>Building high performing team &#8211; Scale and manage engineering teams which will likely extend to other mobile platforms.</li>

<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experiences of working on world class B2C products that have been used by millions.</li>



<li>In-depth knowledge of iOS with extensive ‘hands on’ development and management experiences.</li>



<li>Manage and lead a sizable mobile engineering team with strong delivery track record.</li>



<li>Love to get involved in technical details, participate in architecture review, provide technical guidance or do PR reviews if needed.</li>



<li>It is a plus if you have the following additional experiences
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experiences in real time collaborative productivity product</li>



<li>Experiences in other mobile platforms (Android, Windows, Web) or other technologies like BE or ML.</li>



<li>Experiences in lead more than 1 team, or managed a manager.</li>
</ul>

<li>Passionate about productivity and the emerging technologies, architectures &amp; product in the space.</li>
