<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Learn the Intradiem business and system architecture and be able to quickly contribute to the team.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Analyze requirements and bugs and determine the best testing approach.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design test plans, test scenarios, test cases to be executed in API/service layer testing and end-to-end testing.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with QA peers and other groups (Development, Architecture, and Product). Conduct formal test reviews and incorporate feedback.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Execute test cases, troubleshoot systems, and write detailed bug reports.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrate tested features to Product Management.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Coach and mentor junior testers towards efficient and effective test coverage, continuous improvement, and quality advocacy.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strive for QA and CI/CD best practices.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Perform peer code review. Treat test code as production code.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Research and provide suggestions for technologies and frameworks.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years of hands-on QA experience.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">2+ years of experience using automation tools.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">In-Depth understanding of QA methodologies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Expert at creating functional and end-to-end test cases in test management systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Expert at troubleshooting and bug documentation.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, Java Message Service, and ELK.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with tools including JUnit, SmartBear ReadyAPI (or Postman), Cypress.io (or equivalent), QMetry, VersionOne, and Confluence.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages, such as Java/Groovy or Python. Experience with JavaScript language a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with Cloud Computing such as AWS. Experience with On-Premises solutions and Hybrid solutions a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with Containers and Kubernetes a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with Jenkins and Continuous Integration.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with Git, Gerrit, Bitbucket, or other version control software.</span></li>
