<p>As a <strong>Digital Engagement Specialist</strong> at bpExperts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You&#8217;ll collaborate closely with the consulting team to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our brand in the competitive consulting industry.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>What will you do:</strong></h2>



<p><strong>Content Creation and Curation:</strong></p>



<p>Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.</p>



<p>Curate relevant industry news, insights, and trends to share with our audience, positioning the firm as a thought leader in consulting.</p>



<p><strong>Social Media Management:</strong></p>



<p>Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining a consistent online presence.</p>



<p>Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement metrics such as likes, shares, and comments.</p>



<p><strong>Campaign Execution:</strong></p>



<p>Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions.</p>



<p>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign messaging, visuals, and target audience segmentation.</p>



<p><strong>Analytics and Reporting:</strong></p>



<p>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns, analyzing data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.</p>



<p>Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations for optimization.</p>



<p><strong>Market Research:</strong></p>



<p>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and content development.</p>



<p>Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the firm ahead of the curve.</p>



<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></p>



<p>Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, business development, and design, to gather insights, coordinate content creation, and ensure brand consistency.</p>



<p>Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Your profile:</strong></h2>



<p><strong>Fluent in English</strong></p>



<p><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business</strong>, or related field.</p>



<p><strong>Proven experience</strong> (1-2 years) in <strong>social media management, digital marketing</strong>, or related roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.</p>



<p>Strong <strong>understanding of social media platforms</strong>, algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.</p>



<p>Excellent <strong>written and verbal communication skills</strong>, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging copy.</p>



<p><strong>Analytical mindset</strong> with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.</p>



<p>Proficiency in <strong>social media management tools</strong> (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).</p>



<p><strong>Creative and proactive thinker</strong> with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing approaches.</p>



<p>Ability to <strong>multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive</strong> in a collaborative team environment.</p>
