<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and a straightforward sales leader for our Commercial sales segment in the United States and Canada.</p>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As a Manager, you will lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives, responsible for driving new business and customer expansion ARR in their assigned regions. You will report directly to the Director of North America Sales. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with sales leadership peers (both domestically and internationally), as well as with marketing, enablement, solution consulting, customer success, finance, legal, operations, and product teams.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Embody the organization’s core values and foster a cohesive, supportive culture.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Accurately and clearly forecast business performance.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Maintain an active talent pipeline and manage recruitment to fill openings or accommodate growth.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with product-led growth strategies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong presentation skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or other B2B sales methodologies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience selling through channel partners, particularly VARs and resellers.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,200 in the lowest geographic market and up to $102,600 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</p>
