<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As a <strong class=" font-semibold">Software Engineer, Marketing</strong>, you are responsible for working directly with our product team and marketing team stakeholders to build cutting edge websites using React. We take pride in our ability to handle a variety of tasks and come up with creative solutions for our teammates.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are a small but scrappy engineering team that utilizes two-week sprint development cycles, peer code reviews and individual project ownership with React templates built on our own internally developed and maintained Design System and powered by our own CMS. We leverage our product and work alongside product managers and engineers to help innovate internally and enhance the experience of our own customers. We are always looking to adopt new technologies to innovate and enhance our web capabilities.</p>

Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time.
