<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our internal audit team and help ensure the robustness of our internal controls and risk management practices in this rapidly evolving sector. The ideal candidate will oversee internal audit engagements, ensuring adherence to referenced frameworks and regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with various departments to assess and improve internal controls, risk management and corporate governance associated with a crypto exchange.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Responsible for holding walkthroughs and other meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, internal controls, and areas of risk.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Responsible for mapping processes and confirming design effectiveness of internal controls.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Responsible for reviewing documents, executing testing, documenting workpapers and drafting reports.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management and the Board of Directors.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify that corrective actions have been taken as planned.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging risks and best practices in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to ensure audit processes remain relevant and effective.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree; a relevant master’s degree or related professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CIA, CISA,CPA) preferred.</span></li>
