<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are looking for a full-time <strong class=" font-semibold">Software Engineer</strong> with experience in a wide range of <strong class=" font-semibold">Backend</strong> systems technologies including C#, SQL, Docker, Linux and cloud technologies to join our company in its next phase of growth. Primary job responsibilities will be resolving defects in existing software by implementing features and resolving bugs.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure product sustainability and reliability</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Resolve software bug/defect tickets.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years of experience developing within .NET/.NET Core in C# and Visual Studio</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiar with Unit Testing, Mocking, &amp; Continuous Integration</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of design patterns and when best to apply them</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to create and maintain system code and documentation</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated ability to write backend code interfacing with SQL</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Familiarity with Docker</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Possess keen analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated adaptability in the fast-paced tech landscape, continually embracing and integrating new technologies and methodologies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to work with many technology stacks and languages</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">While formal education in Computer Science or related fields is a plus, Defcon AI values hands-on experience and demonstrable skills above all. Candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience will be considered regardless of their academic pedigree.</span></li>
