They work closely with the sales team to understand the client’s business along with the logistics and IT environment, and then design and present solutions that meet those needs. An Auctane Solutions Engineer also plays a key role in the pre-sales and implementation process, providing operational and technical support to the sales team and answering any operational and technical questions that clients may have.</p>
