<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3-5+ years SOS filings, sales tax filing, and CDTFA reporting experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Some knowledge of tax laws, regulations and deadlines</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Some knowledge of accounting and tax in cannabis industry</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Solution-oriented; problem-solver.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Process tax payments on behalf of clients</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Compliance responsibilities include: Entity formation, dissolutions and maintenance, change of entity type, SOS filings, and any other compliance work as needed.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Compliance tax filings. Filing of sales tax and cannabis excise with CDTFA reporting. Setting up CDTFA access for Clients. Local tax filings as needed. Thorough work paper documentation for each filing.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Communication with taxing agencies on client’s behalf.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Client education with regards to state and local tax compliance</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">With strong US Bookkeeping experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Any other administrative, compliance, or tax work as required by firm or managers. role is crucial in helping Product make informed decisions by being a direct advocate for customers&#8217; needs.</span></li>
