As Figma’s customer base continues to expand and diversify, and new technological advancements in AI and generative design emerge, the opportunity for AI experience engineering is greater than ever. You’ll collaborate closely with a cutting edge AI Research team and your work will help raise the ceiling of what’s possible for designers and lower the floor of who can design. We are seeking an accomplished and experienced leader who has built scrappy fast paced teams, ideally working on generative AI products, to join our team and lead our AI efforts from inception to implementation. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
