<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">CardFlight is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our remote-first team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the designer will work closely with members across different teams to enhance and extend the look and feel of our mobile and web-based applications. In this role we also value attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customer. The position is location-neutral remote, with opportunities to get together as a company and team throughout the year.</p>
<h2><strong class=" font-semibold">What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2">Build User Interfaces</h3>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with development teams during design and implementation phases.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Conduct research and solicit feedback within the organization for enhancing the UI of the SwipeSimple product.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated proficiency in articulating the rationale behind design choices.</span></li>

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for cash bonus and equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance.
