The primary purpose of this role involves active participation in contract management, IP management, corporate structuring, statutory licensing, dealing with regulatory inquiries, and coaching the team.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Independently manage complex and cross-functional legal projects within business and regulatory deadlines</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provide essential support in litigation and corporate legal processes</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Contribute to the development and implementation of key legal policies and procedures</span></li>
