<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The <strong class=" font-semibold">Deputy Head of Legal</strong> acts as a vital aid to the Head of Legal, providing necessary support across multiple aspects of the legal department. The primary purpose of this role involves active participation in contract management, IP management, corporate structuring, statutory licensing, dealing with regulatory inquiries, and coaching the team.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Assist and backup Head of Legal in managing day-to-day functioning of the legal department</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Maintain effective communication with counterparts, ensuring smooth transactions and interactions</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Independently manage complex and cross-functional legal projects within business and regulatory deadlines</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provide essential support in litigation and corporate legal processes</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Contribute to the development and implementation of key legal policies and procedures</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Actively participate in contract management through the entire contract lifecycle</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Report to Company UBO on the developments</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitoring changes in laws across jurisdictions where the company operates and brief various teams about upcoming changes and their impact on business processes</span></li>
