<p><strong>What you will do</strong>:&nbsp;</p>



<p>You’ll join a globally distributed CSM team and your focus will be on our enterprise fashion and textile partners in the US and Latin America.</p>



<p>You will:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Manage customers by proactively ensuring project success with the implementation of the retraced platform</li>



<li>Support these customers by defining a clear quarterly framework, and a success roadmap that has KPI-driven goals to be achieved and evaluated together</li>



<li>Plan and execute the activation of customers&#8217; supply chain networks </li>



<li>Be the first touchpoint for customers and their network in case of problems or specific needs</li>



<li>Understand the needs and problems of brands and suppliers to transfer insights to the product development team</li>



<li>Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks</li>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>Who you are</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>You have multiple years of experience in a customer-facing B2B position and a proven track record of working with enterprise clients</li>



<li>Expertise in the Fashion and Textiles Industry with a deep understanding of the supply chain</li>



<li>You are a communicator by nature, you like dealing with people and solving problems</li>



<li>You are tech-savvy and have excellent project management skills</li>



<li>You understand the importance of an SLA-driven approach and how that impacts the business as a whole</li>



<li>The working language is English but Spanish would be nice to have</li>



<li>If you have existing experience working in SaaS relating to fashion &amp; textile supply chain, CSR/ESG or Clean-Tech this is highly desirable </li>
