<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Solution Engineer with extensive experience leading deployments of highly dynamic products into secured computing environments. In this role you will provide technical leadership across multiple deployments for the Yurts Generative AI product for US Department of Defense and intelligence customers. There, you’ll leverage DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, GitOps tools, etc.) and your experience meeting requirements of and US Federal Government Risk Management Frameworks to drive environment-agnostic deployments that can scale. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in owning similar deployments end-to-end, both through direct hands-on involvement and leading a technical team. You will also be the face of Yurts for customer and partner technical teams, achieving alignment and buy-in on technical approaches and mitigating risk. Alongside deployment, you will own application tuning and customization to meet customer requirements, including developing custom data integrations, building new functionality into the Yurts platform, and more. You will work closely with other Federal Delivery Engineers and the Yurts Platform teams to improve product deployment efficiency and configurability.</p>
